They refused to give us an invoice upon check -out, which is standard procedure for business travel
Breakfast was good
I was given a family room with an adjoining entrance for 404 and 405 which locked me out everytime I went out. I was on the 4th floor and had to go to reception to request that they open for me. They manager/supervisor did not change my room even though there were free rooms still available on the system.

Disappointing given the extortionate price
Great location. Quiet room. Big in-room safe that could store laptops and other items. Reception, coffee shop, and bar staff are helpful and friendly.
It's a LONG LONG LONG way from being the 4.5 stars their blurb advertises. Maybe 3.5, if I were being optimistic, would be more accurate. The beds are incredibly soft, and the twin beds pushed together to create a double meant that the middle dipped hugely, more so than anywhere else I've stayed in my 9.5 years of travelling 365 days a year. Every time I turned over, it felt like a mountaineering expedition as I rolled into the dip and had to clamber up the other side. ;) Made for sleepless nights. Housekeeping doesn't seem to care. The lady came at about noon one day and said she could only clean if I left the room. I told her I just needed to use the bathroom and then I would go out, so she could come back in 5 minutes. I went out, even though I didn't want to as I had work to do, and returned an hour later. About 2.5 hours after she first came, she returned. No good to me at all as I had work to do, and I wasn't going to leave my room yet again. There are WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY better places to stay in this area at this price or cheaper.

Wonderful
The breakfast and I would recommend it to anyone!! The lady who worked there was just an incredible person and amazing woman...She is very friendly and attentive to all guests... I forgot her name but seems to be she is a manager for the breakfast room... she is the best person I have met in this hotel. I have had a great time and enjoyed it...
Nothing to worry about, just a little issue in the second day, but it was solved....
